Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 6, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Once Upon No Ending (“the Game,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the Game or visit this website. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Game.

1. Information handled by the Game

The Game stores story progress, choices, clues, achievements, settings, and unlocked endings locally on your device. This local gameplay data is used to provide save and continue features and is not intended to identify you personally.

The Game may also process technical and advertising-related information, including:

2. App Tracking Transparency

On supported Apple devices, the Game may ask for permission to track activity across other companies’ apps and websites. If you decline, the Game will not access the IDFA. Declining tracking permission does not block the core story, local save data, clues, achievements, or endings. You can change this choice at any time in your device’s Privacy & Security settings.

3. How information is used

4. Third-party services

The Game may use third-party advertising, analytics, and security providers. Depending on remote configuration and availability, these may include Chartboost, Yandex Mobile Ads, Vungle/Liftoff, InMobi, AppMetrica, and a device-security provider. These providers may process information under their own privacy policies and may operate in countries other than your own.

We do not sell your local story progress. Advertising partners may use information for ad delivery, measurement, attribution, fraud prevention, or personalized advertising where permitted by law and by your device settings.

5. Data retention and control

Local gameplay data remains on your device until you reset story data, delete the Game, or your operating system removes the data. Retention by third-party providers is governed by their policies and applicable law.

You may limit tracking through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt, change privacy permissions in device settings, reset the advertising identifier where available, or delete the Game to remove locally stored gameplay data.

6. Children’s privacy

The Game is not directed to children under the minimum age required to consent to data processing in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly request names, email addresses, or other direct contact information from children through the Game. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so that we can review the matter.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International processing

Service providers may process information on servers located outside your country or region. Where required, we rely on appropriate legal mechanisms for international transfers.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Game, service providers, or applicable law. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the latest version.
